Santa Maria is a U.S. owned company that will offer bi-monthly container cargo service between California and Hawai´i. The company will operate a Jones Act service, which requires that any ship operating in domestic ports be U.S.-built, U.S.-crewed and U.S.-owned.

One 300-foot, state-of-the-art container ships with a capacity of 300 20-foot containers per trip.
